How is the beef shipped?

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure your beef arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

Will the beef stay frozen during shipping?

Yes. Your beef is packed in insulated shipping containers with dry ice to keep the product frozen during transit.

Where is the beef raised?

Our Black Angus cattle are raised on our family ranch in Cache Valley, Idaho.

How is the beef processed?

Our cattle are professionally processed at a USDA-inspected facility, then vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.

Is the beef aged?

Yes. All beef is dry aged for 14–21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.

How much freezer space do I need?

Approximate freezer space requirements:

Quarter Beef — 3–4 cubic feet
Half Beef — 8–10 cubic feet
Whole Beef — 16–20 cubic feet
