1. Choose Your Beef Share
Select the size that fits your needs: Quarter Beef, Half Beef, or a Whole Cow. Each option includes premium Black Angus beef raised on our family ranch in Cache Valley, Idaho.
2. Place Your Order Online
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your beef for shipment.
3. Professionally Processed & Dry Aged
Our cattle are professionally butchered at a USDA-inspected facility and dry aged for 14–21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. Each cut is vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.
4. Carefully Packed & Shipped Frozen
Your beef is packed in insulated shipping containers with dry ice to ensure it stays frozen during transit.
5. Delivered to Your Door
Orders ship within 1–2 weeks and arrive frozen, ready to place directly into your freezer.
